ClipRepurpose

Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-21

1. The service

ClipRepurpose turns a transcript you provide, or captions fetched from a YouTube link you provide, into suggested clip times, hooks, captions, posts and carousel text. It does not edit, cut or publish video. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You must give a working email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; do not share logins.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Limits reset each calendar month and unused allowance does not carry over. Prices may exclude taxes that apply where you live. We may change prices or limits with notice; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the refund and cancellation policy.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the transcripts, voice samples and other content you submit. You give us permission to store it and to send it to our service providers (listed in the privacy notice) only to run the service for you. You promise that you have the right to use the content you submit, including the right to process a YouTube video you link to.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ClipRepurpose to:

We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. AI-generated output

Output is written by a language model and may be inaccurate, repetitive, or quote the source wrongly. Clip times are suggestions based on the transcript and must be checked against the video. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it and for any claims in it. We do not guarantee that output is original, free of third-party rights, suitable for any platform, or will reach any audience or result.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, and we may change or pause features. Caption fetching from YouTube can fail; pasting a transcript is the reliable route. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time; this removes your data as described in the privacy notice. We may end access for breach of these terms.
